Terms of Use

By accessing or using Poolify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Poolify is an AI-powered pool and jacuzzi maintenance platform. We provide tools for water testing, chemical treatment recommendations, maintenance scheduling, inventory tracking, and connecting with pool professionals. The service is available via web and (in the future) mobile applications.

To use Poolify, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared.

Free Plan

Poolify offers a free tier with limited functionality. Free accounts may be subject to usage limits that change over time.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be adjusted with 30 days' notice. All payments are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service without permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Poolify provides AI-generated water treatment recommendations, maintenance suggestions, and repair diagnostics. These are informational tools and should not be considered professional advice. Important considerations:

• AI recommendations are based on the data you provide — inaccurate inputs may lead to inaccurate suggestions
• Always follow chemical manufacturer safety guidelines and local regulations
• Poolify is not a substitute for professional pool service when dealing with complex issues
• We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from following AI-generated recommendations

The Poolify name, logo, website, application, and all associated content (text, graphics, UI design, code) are owned by Poolify and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial pool maintenance purposes.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to Poolify (water test readings, pool configurations, etc.). By submitting data, you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the service.

Poolify integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poolify and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or equipment damage, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Poolify in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive to keep Poolify available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the platform.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Poolify shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
